A 3 bedroom apartment home, with 2 bathrooms (a tub & shower plus another bathroom with a shower), 1,350 sqft, a fireplace, an enclosed patio, and a 1 car enclosed garage (please note parking on the street can get crowded). It is all one story (ground floor), with nobody above or below it. There is a keyed access laundry room about 30 feet away, and the mailbox is even closer.

Our current move in specials are: with a 1 year lease you can get -$1100 off the first months rent of $2090, or with a 2 year lease get -$1400 off the first months rent of 2000!

The apartment home is located near the 5 and 55 freeways (making it seem close to everything in the area), in the city of Tustin, Orange County, Southern California; and it's only about 12 miles from the ocean.
